The Waxahachie Chamber of Commerce recently held a ribbon cutting celebrating the new Scarborough's Hollow – A Fall Fantasy Festival, which runs Saturdays through Nov. 15 and also on Halloween night. The themed entertainment venue is located at 2511 Farm-to-Market 66 in Waxahachie.
