WSA to host Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra in season finale May 30

The Waxahachie Symphony Association hosts the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra as its season finale at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, May 30, at the Hagee Center, Nelson University.

“Rediscover the romance of classical music with an enchanting program by the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra,” a spokesman said. “[The orchestra] closes the season with an unforgettable program featuring Ravel’s elegant Pavane pour une infante défunte, Tchaikovsky’s majestic Polonaise from Eugene Onegin, and the joyful, folk-inspired brilliance of Dvořák’s Symphony No. 8. A concert experience not to miss! We hope to see you there.”
