STAR Transit expands mobility services in Wilmer

WILMER, TX – Star Transit recently expanded its mobility service in the City of Wilmer.

Starting Oct. 1, STAR Transit began offering STARNow, same-day, on-demand rides.

Residents may also utilize Demand Response (Dial-a-Ride) to schedule trips up to two weeks in advance.

“Reliable transportation is essential for connecting our residents to jobs, healthcare, education, and shopping across the region,” said Wilmer Mayor Sheila Petta. “This partnership ensures Wilmer families, seniors, and businesses have more options and opportunities to thrive.”
